Returns Policy
Return Policy Nissan Parts Central is owned and operated by Red River Nissan, an authorized Nissan dealership located at 1625 North Rockford Road, Ardmore, OK 73401. For any questions or assistance with returns, please contact us at [email protected] or call (580) 768-7446.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call (580) 768-7446 to arrange for the return. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned parts.
Return Eligibility Criteria: Parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of used, installed, or tried parts. Electrical Parts & Special Ordered Parts are non-returnable.
Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Return Window: All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
Special ordered items are considered non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order or a portion of an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the part has been specially ordered from the manufacturer, a 15% restocking fee may apply if it is cancelled.
